Q2 2023 Performance Update

At the beginning of last year, nearly everyone was bearish and everyone expected big tech to fall apart. The most hated stock was META.

I’m glad that I did not listen to the prevailing sentiment.

Performance

Performance-wise, my portfolio has experienced a solid growth of 19.23% year-to-date. In comparison, the VT ETF, which represents the overall world stock market, recorded a gain of 13.64%, while the S&P 500 saw a gain of 16.79%.

Last year, I lost 13.52%, VT lost 18.01%, and the S&P 500 lost 18.17%.
