My interest in Columbia Sportswear sparked after I purchased one of their Omni-Heat Reflective winter jackets. It was more affordable than similar options from brands like North Face and Canada Goose, yet it kept me impressively warm throughout the winter, despite its lightweight design. I dislike carrying around a heavy winter coat and dealing with it indoors, so this jacket was perfect—it provided plenty of warmth and could be easily stashed away when not needed.
