The Company

Campbell's (CPB) is a food and beverage company, offering a diverse portfolio of soups, sauces, snacks, and beverages. Known for its trusted and iconic brands, Campbell's has been a cornerstone of family meals for generations.

Campbell’s business is organized into two primary segments: Meals & Beverages and Snacks.

The Meals & Beverages segment focuses on soups, simple meals, and beverages in the U.S. and Canada. It features well-known brands such as Campbell’s soups, Swanson broth, Pacific Foods organic products, Prego pasta sauces, and V8 vegetable juices. The addition of Sovos Brands has further diversified this segment with premium offerings like Rao’s (my personal favorite sauce) and noosa yogurts.

The Snacks segment has become a significant revenue driver, featuring power brands like Pepperidge Farm cookies, Goldfish crackers, Snyder’s pretzels, Cape Cod chips, and Late July snacks. This segment also serves Latin America and has undergone recent adjustments, including the divestiture of certain underperforming brands.
